Couple of years ago I had a rare opportunity to work with Willem Dafoe on a short film for my Jameson First Shot winning script. During filming, I remember him taking time to do an interview to talk about the competition and the wonderful opportunity it was for young emerging filmmakers. Here is a snip-it of the interview along with words from Kevin Spacey (producer) and this year's star, Adrien Brody. 

Honored to be screening my short film "Coppice" at Oneota Film Festival in Decorah, Iowa and currently nominated for best student short film. It will screen in early March 2015.

Had a fun time with actor Rich Hinz at Kiggins Theatre for the Dream Film Showcase 2015. Had a very elaborate handing off of honorary trophy by the showcase creator!

Sheila Hagar from the Union Bulletin writes a thoughtful piece about The Mobile Stripper short film with interviews from lead actors Rich Hinz and Sydney Boyd. Apparently it is on the "front page, below the fold." What an incredible honor!!!!

Great turn out at Whitman College Kimball Theater for the Premiere Screening of The Mobile Stripper short film. Had an incredible receptive audience and great questions for the actors for the Q+A afterwards!

If you are in the Vancouver, WA or  Portland, OR area, "Coppice' will be playing at Kiggins Theater on January 29th, 2015 between 7PM-9:30PM with a Q+A with the filmmakers!

Jameson First Shot 2015 is going to be a great year! You know it'll be stellar with Adrien Brody leading in all the films. Deadline for the 7-page script is Feb 01, 2015. So please enter!
